PURIS® SMS / Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

These SMS/Text Messaging Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern the PURIS® text messaging program. By opting in to receive SMS messages from PURIS (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these SMS Terms.

1. Program Description

PURIS offers a text messaging program that provides transactional and informational messages only, such as order updates, shipment notifications, account-related communications, business relationship communications, and responses to inquiries you initiate. PURIS does not send marketing or promotional text messages.

2. Opt-In Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive transactional SMS messages from PURIS at the number you provided.

Consent to receive text messages:

  • Is voluntary
  • Is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services
  • May be withdrawn at any time as described below

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary depending on your interactions with PURIS and the nature of the transaction or service.

4. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any PURIS text message.

After you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.

6. Costs and Carriers

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Supported Carriers

The SMS program is available on participating U.S. carriers. Delivery may be subject to carrier availability and device compatibility.

8. Privacy

Your participation in the SMS program is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share personal information, including information related to SMS communications.

We use SMS-related information solely for transactional communications, recordkeeping, compliance, and related operational purposes. We do not sell or use SMS information for targeted advertising or marketing.

9. Changes to the SMS Program or Terms

We may modify or discontinue the SMS program or update these SMS Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective when posted or otherwise communicated. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
